Bring Back the LOVE

A 5-week online group programme guided by Relationship Coach, Maya Vaughan, for couples and individuals who want to feel closer, argue less, and rebuild connection.

“I cannot recommend Maya highly enough. She helped me literally save my marriage and make it a happy one, when I truly thought it was beyond saving”

Bring Back the LOVE is a live 5-week, online intensive created by Maya Vaughan for real relationships in real life.

Whether you do the programme with your partner or on your own, you will get space to:

  • slow down

  • look honestly at the patterns between you and your partner

  • practise new ways of relating that support closeness rather than distance.

Instead of staying stuck in the same arguments or silent stand-offs, you will learn how to notice what is really going on underneath and respond differently.

This is not about “fixing” one person. It’s about understanding the dance you are both in, and finding kinder, more hopeful ways forward.

About Your Guide

Maya’s path to relationship coaching began when she succeeded in transforming her own marriage from a conflictual one to a profoundly loving one.

The insight she gained from this experience ignited in her a keen interest in the psychology of relating.

Her desire to understand what causes distress in relationships and what is needed to restore connection, led her to study and train extensively in some of the most successful models in couples and relational therapy including Dr. Heller’s NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM®) and Dr. Sue Johnsons Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) .

Her coaching practice is grounded in the belief that all human pain and reactivity make sense in context and can be healed and transformed. She draws on both her professional expertise and her own relational healing journey to facilitate transformation and support you in finding deeper connection to yourself and others.

She is the Director of the Trauma Training Institute (TTI) UK, and an Associate Member of the British Emotionally Focused Therapy Centre (BEFTC), The International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT) and The Complementary Medical Association.

She’s a multi-cultural Londoner with Jewish, Nigerian, Cherokee and Scottish bloodlines. She lives in London with her husband (of 20 years) and her three daughters.

This programme is for you if you are:

  1. Curious and committed to working on your relationship.

  2. Ready to get to know yourself and your partner on a deeper level.

  3. Open to understanding your own patterns and your partner’s with more compassion.

  4. Prepared to do the work needed to build connection and transform conflict.

  5. Willing to gently update old beliefs about yourself, your partner, and your relationship.

  6. Interested in learning new ways to regulate yourself, resource yourself, and deepen your bond with your partner.

And you’d like to:

  • Feel the spark and warmth between you again, not just share a to-do list.

  • Turn everyday tensions into calmer conversations, instead of big rows or walking on eggshells.

  • Feel heard, understood, and able to speak up without everything turning into a fight or shutdown.

  • Let go of old arguments and hurts more easily, so they do not run the show in your head.

  • Feel more emotionally supported and connected, with a clearer sense of what is really going on for each of you.

If you recognise yourself here, you are not “broken”, and neither is your relationship.

You are responding in very human ways to a tough phase that many couples go through. With the right support, this stage can become a turning point rather than the beginning of the end.
